On Delivery
Caramel Jewellery will start to prepare your order in the moment we receive it. We prepare all orders individually and present them in our elegant boxes. Dispatch of your order will be safe, quick and reliable and you will receive it within 3-4 days. We will send you update/s about the progress of your order by e-mail.

On returns & cancellation
This is your cooling-off period: you are legally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days after the day of receipt of the goods. However, at Caramel we have extended this period to a total of 14 days after the day of receipt of the goods, as long as they are returned unworn and in the original packaging.
If you need to return the goods please leave a message with your telephone number
and a convenient time to talk at contact@carameljewellery.co.uk and we will ring you to arrange a collection.
Please remember that we must speak with the person who bought the goods, as we
will go through their credit/debit card details with them. We will issue an authorisation
number which you will need to include with the items returned, along with the
name of the person that placed the order and a contact telephone number.
Once we have received the goods we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) to
your credit/debit card used for the original purchase. If there are any problems
with your refund, we will contact you.
If, for any reason, you want to cancel your order, please contact us. Since we
ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order, so please follow the
instructions for 'Returning a Product' in those instances.
