With whom SJCW shares the information collected
If you telephone SJCW your call will be taken in the first instance by a third
party telephone operator. The details you give to that operator will be passed
to SJCW. The operator may keep a record of your call for their records (and may
record your call for training or other purposes) but will not use your details
for any purpose other than for processing your query or order on behalf of SJCW.
SJCW reserves the right to pass any or all of your personal information to the
police or any other relevant body for the purposes of crime detection or prevention
or for any purpose associated with your misuse, or suspected misuse, of the Website
or in relation to any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings.
Your information may be passed to a third party for the purposes of providing

SJCW's policy on correcting and updating personal information

SJCW will reply by e-mail to confirm that your details have been removed or if
that is not possible, the reasons for not doing so SJCW aims to ensure that all
removal requests are dealt with within 48 hours of receipt of such request. However,
SJCW shall not be liable to you should this 48 hour target fail to be achieved.
